Chemistry and TV

nathaliaI'm currently studying chemistry. (By posting in my livejournal, you got that right). After having done most of the stuff that can still be considered easy or not too difficult to understand, I have now reached the last few pages of my exercise book and there is so much stuff on them that just won't go into my head. I need Isi to give me a quick summary of this tomorrow and I'll try to study some more in the evening, starting after I take a shower or so to clear my head.
It's just that within a very short amount of time a huge amount of stuff has been covered in the lessons and it's not the easy-to-get kind of stuff but the one that makes you go crazy. And here I was thinking I didn't need to do almost anything today.
I'm going to watch an episode of Desperate Housewives while I'm relaxing, "The Miracle Song" (310). I'm enjoying this season of Desperate Housewives very much. The most interesting houswive still is Bree although when I started watching DH, I thought I'd not be able to stand her because she is so perfect, but at the latest during season two I have started to love her character. She is very true to herself and she has a personal codex she acts by, she doesn't do things to then judge other people who are doing the same. And her family is so interesting and complex as well. I love Andrew even more since he came back home and the chemistry between Marcia Cross and Kyle MacLachlan is perfect. I want them to stay together forever, they are so fucking perfect and I love all those scenes between Bree, Orson and Andrew. They are witty and fun and intelligently written, not as forced and unreal as the dialogues between Lorelai and Rory in Gilmore Girls (I have seen a few episodes with my sister, it wasn't my choice).
Edie is also a very cool character. When I hear that she was only supposed to have a small part, I'm really happy that she got such a good resonance from the audience and was made into one of the main characters (although we still don't see as much of her as of the other housewives).
Susan I don't need to mention, she is just annoying. I like the twist with Julie being with Austin now and there are a few funny scenes, for example when Susan calls Carl so he can forbid Julie from seeing Austin.
Gabrielle's plot is very intriguing and genuinely touching right now with her needing to find something to do so she can overcome the divorce because she realizes just how empty her life is.
And Lynette and Art. Oh God, I hate that guy, he creeps me out and I can understand why Lynette is acting that overprotective. She is a mother after all.
And I know that I am watching more DH right now so I can post-pone watching Lost and have the impression that the season isn't just about to end. I still didn't see last week's episode, "The Brig" (319).
