random rambling

Everything is cleaned up downstairs, it's about four o'clock now and I'm going to the movies with Ali (and maybe others?), so we're meeting at six o'clock and then we're going to hang out a bit before going to see Spider-Man 3. By having my friends watch the first two Spidey movies, I got them, mainly Ali, really excited and now she is dying to know how it ends.

As Isi had already seen it, I could point out several little tidbits in the first two movies that relate to the third, one of which is that Robbie tells J. Jonah Jameson that Eddie has been out trying to take pictures of Spidey for weeks now and in Spider-Man 3 we get to see Eddie Brock which I had totally forgotten. I mean, I knew that when Eddie is mentioned in the first movie, it is a reference to Eddie Brock, but I had forgotten about it and now, having seen Eddie on screen, it's even more fun to see it.

I really want to watch the next episode of Lost, "The Brig", that has been released on May 2nd, but I don't think I have enough time because I really need to want to walk this without having to hurry, so I'll probably do it on Sunday or so.

Instead, I will be working on fun icons a bit (some for alilein as she has no LJ icons and that needs to be changed, so I'm working on some for her and other friends, no matter if they want them or not) and watch Desperate Housewives as that isn't as mysterious and can be watched in less time than watching Lost which I admit takes about two hours.
