BOGY

This is me reporting back after another very interesting but also hard day of work. I went to see 300 on Monday as I said I would. I will post about it later, this is just a quick update because I have to get ready to leave for Silly’s place in about twenty minutes and just finished showering.

Today I wasn’t in the I&S anymore, I was at SPE (Siemens Professional Education) that deals with stuff related to internships and such things, mainly with ways for people to get educated in a job at Siemens. It’s also responsible for BOGY. I worked on the certificates for the people who did BOGY last week (there were nine people: one girl and eight boys of which three were named Felix and two Andreas) and other stuff.

This is where I’ll spend the day on Thursday and the morning on Friday because on Friday I get to slack and only work from 9am to 12pm. I know, that’s still a lot compared to how much Silly has done till now, but on the other days I’m there from 9am to 4pm and I have to actually work while I’m there, so on Friday it’s four hours less which is awesome.

I don’t know if I mentioned it already, but it’s not as boring as I expected it to be. I get a bunch of different tasks to tackle on my own, have learned to use a handful of corporate-owned softwares like SEP, SCD and POINT and it’s fun.

Oh yeah, and something that is very much worth mentioning: I got lost in the building more than once already, but today I got very, very lost. I won’t tell the story now because that would take too much time, but I managed to get not only myself, but also my father lost because I had to go to an area he had never been to or even heard about.

Tomorrow is Girls’ Day. Dunno if that will affect me in any way, I don’t think so. But I’m glad I didn’t have BOGY last week with the others because they had a program and were like introduced to different stuff without really doing anything while I’m really getting to know a little bit about how Siemens works and contribute to it.

I bought my new camera today and I’m going to take it to Silly’s because there I have the perfect victims to test it on. I’m charging the battery right now.

About ten minutes left to get ready. I still need to get dressed.
