I'm not sure if I mentioned it before but I will be done with the 50k tomorrow because it'll be National Novel Writing Week and I'm so close to it that it's just a given thing.
I had a lengthy conversation about cars with my dad today and he changed some of my opinions on the cars the characters should drive.
Ahmik: modified 1968 Chevrolet Camaro (that remained unchanged although he suggested some of the modifications so Ahmik would be able to drive it).
Janna: probably Ford Focus. I had initially planned for her to drive a Volvo but we got into talking and I thought about having her drive a Ford Escort as a little in-joke but my dad doesn't think they are produced any longer and that the new model is the Ford Focus.
Jason: Lupo. I don't know what kind of car that is but it's environmentally friendly. It seems to be a small car which means that when they go somewhere as a group, Jason's car won't be used.
Jack: Opel. They are for boring people as my dad told me. Boring people who want security. He also suggested the Volvo but when I mentioned that Jack had no style, citing a teacher he knows to help him understand Jack's fashion taste, he said it had to be an Opel.
