It's cold. My parents' house is huge and the heat doesn't stay in as well as it does in the tiny apartment in Konstanz.

I'm by myself because my dad is trapped at work and can't come home until my mom decides to say goodbye to her friends and go pick him up. And my sister is at her boyfriend's house. I don't really mind my parents not being around but could my sister maybe come home earlier than "sometime tonight" so that we could finish my mom's Christmas present? Because I've gone through three thick photo albums by myself already and I don't want to pick all the photos myself. I already got the gift for my dad all by myself and yes, she ordered the frame for the pictures but could she maybe help me selecting some? I've been home all day since I got back and she's busy picking Marc up at 11pm to then drive him back home at 1pm the next day (which was when they got up) to then go pick him up at his place that evening again. Sometimes I just don't get it.

I have no idea how many pictures I have by now or how many we need, I have never seen the frame we're putting them in.

Tomorrow morning, we're leaving for France which will be delightful. If we manage to finish that gift for my mom.

I'm going back to my room. It's cold here.

A photo album is a sweet gift idea! I still need to find something for my dad. Ugh. My Christmas presents are always always last minute.

And my house is cold too because it's so draughty. My window doesn't shut properly and the insulation's a bit rubbish, etc etc, tragic violin music. I'm bundled up like a marshmallow. Luckily I'm going out soon. XD

It's actually a digital picture frame that I have never even seen. I don't know what it looks like or anything.

And I got my dad really fancy gingerbread. A huge box full. Because I couldn't think of anything else.

Cold houses are not fun :(
