too tired to get lost
Apr. 19th, 2007 09:07 pmThursday usually is Lost day for me.
The episodes are aired on Wednesday and on Thursday they are up on iTunes, so the first thing I usually do after coming home from a long day of school is I turn my computer on, open iTunes and have it download the most recent episode so I can watch it.
Today, I did download it, but I was busy doing some cleaning up on my computer, burning files (mostly music and photos) on CDs, a task that was long overdue considering the amount I had. There were photos from the vacation to Poland I still hadn't burned to disk!
I was willing to stop doing this boring work to watch Lost, but decided not to at about 8pm because I felt that I was somewhat tired I have slept very badly this week. In the night from Monday to Tuesday, I fell asleep at 5am and had to get up at 6.30am. On Tuesday, I didn't sleep at all and I didn't feel the least bit tired which I found very strange. Finally, I managed to sleep on Wednesday (well, actually Thursday) at 1am. I overslept and got up at 7.30am.
So, it's really good that I'm tired but I didn't want to watch lost if I weren't totally concentrated because that's how I like to watch the episodes the first time. Attentive, with my notebook next to me and without being interrupted once during the viewing process.
I will probably watch this Desmond-centric episode, "Catch-22" tomorrow after school.
That's also when I plan to finish the expose for my script. I'm very excited about it and I think it's the first time I ever sat down and wrote something like an expose before, I usually plot things in my head somewhat, but not this detailed, but in this case I have to know what is going to happen in what I call the pilot.
Well, enough of it, I'm going to take an shower, eat something and go to bed now.
