I just watched Spider-Man 3 and what follows is a brief initial reaction.

I’m posting this about a day after writing it (I wrote it after coming back from the movies and talking a bit to my parents), but my internet’s gone crazy and so I’ll go to sleep and post it when I come back from school tomorrow.

According to Newsarama, Liv Tyler is scheduled to play Betty Ross, Bruce Banner's love interest in The Incredible Hulk that, at least that's how it seems to me, is in no way related to the 2004 Ang Lee production that was only entitled Hulk.
I can see Liv Tyler as Betty although I still have difficulties seeing Bruce Banner in Edward Norton but he might as well surprise me, right?
I'm still not done cleaning up my room and it already looks so empty and well ... clean.
I still have a bit of time till we leave to see Spider-Man 3 and I already need to take a shower, but right now I am doing my usual laundry tasks mainly the underwear. I'm going to do a bit of that before I take a shower because ever since I did that straightening to my hair I don't need to blowdry it for it to look good and not all over the place.
(I just found out my dad has pink undies!)
And I need to post the lyrics I wrote today during English class which I even handed in to Frau Bernthaler. I hope she's well-humoured enough to actually like it. It's a good way to distract yourself during English class when it takes too long for us to reach conclusions, so when she gave us the title "The Way You Look Tonight" and told us it was a song, I jotted down a refrain and then, because it was acutally fun, I wrote the rest of the lyrics which Ali was allowed to read and liked which is why I decided to copy it so that it was readable and give it to the teacher. I'm hoping to see an amusing reaction and please no sharing with the class because that would be just totally embarrassing and not the reason I did this.
By the way, I wonder why this topic in English is inspiring me so much, but it is fun to see how such random things can inspire you.
Right now, I'm not taking school very seriously, I don't know why, I just don't care right now. And I know this isn't how things are suposed to be, but I can't change this right now.
I'm very curious to see Spider-Man 3, I am actually anxious and I really want to like it although my sister already joked that if Dani thought it was okay, I'd probably hate it and she's probably right although I want her not to be. I want to like it, but everything leads me to fear that I won't because there are just too many foes and plots and this will get messy.
Anyway, I should be going, I am procrastinating.
Oh yeah, I'm all happy because I finally downloaded the 19th episode of Lost, "The Brig" and I find it very strange that I was so crazy about downloading it as soon as possible because I know the earliest I will watch it on Saturday which is unlikely as I have to study for a Chem exam and write my BOGY article and stuff and so Lost doesn't come first. Also, I want to delay watching the episodes because I don't want this season to end.
And now I really need to go.

I feel betrayed.
Usually, iTunes releases the new Lost episodes so that when I come home at about 3:40pm, I can go to the computer and I will be able to download the new Lost episode.
Today, this isn't the case.
I need to clean up my room before going to the movies tonight. This is just a very short post just to make obvious that I am pissed off. I am kind of hungry, the only thing I ate today were the rigatoni mantecati I had for lunch at school. So, I'm going to find myself something to eat.

Spider-Man

May. 2nd, 2007 11:06 pm
I'm going to see Spider-Man 3 tomorrow.
Yeah, I know I'm late, but it doesn't matter. I'm not the person who needs to see a movie the day it comes out (and I was in London, so it was a bit difficult). Anyway, I'm going with my dad and my sister. Later on, I will have something like a Long Spidey Night where I will invite some girls over to watch the first two Spidey movies and then force them to go to the cinema a few days later, maybe sometime during the week, to see the movie (I'll see it again).
My Long Spidey Night will be kind of like a kids' birthday party with a sleepover. The second part of the evening will be a pj party. Yeah, it's hard to hide that this is almost a Spidey-themed birthday party out of season and the fact that my co-host is a teddy bear who wears Converse Chucks and a Spidey t-shirt to match the Spidey t-shirt I will probably be wearing probably doesn't help it. But I will have liquor in reasonable amounts available, that's the only attempt I'm making to hide the true motive for all of this. I even considered coming up with a small drinking game but I'm not sure about that yet.
I also had the very awesome idea to invite some people over to play a drinking game while watching Catwoman because it's really good for a drinking game and drinking is the only way you can survive the experience. Other comic book movies that could be used for that are Batman Forever and Batman & Robin or some shitty low-key movies. Or the very strange Sin City. Well, I'll consider it after the Lond Spidey Night.
I still haven't totally recovered from seeing the blue police box in London. I will upload and post pictures later on. It was just so awesome. It was such a geeky weekend. Now I have superhero t-shirts and I've seen a blue police box and superhero wax figures at Madame Tussaud's. I still have the impression that when I saw the Hulk and Superman, I pissed my pants. But that's something I will never be sure about.
Today, I finally watched the eighteenth episode of the third season of Lost and it might as well be the best Sun and Jin episode ever. The end was just so ... whoa. I couldn't write down "WTF" and "OMG" frequently enough when taking my notes. The end ... I can't even talk about it, but it's so good and incredible and everything. I'm really happy that I only watched it today because waiting a whole week would have been harsh. Although I won't watch today's / tomorrow's episode tomorrow because I have school till 3:20pm and then I have stuff on my agenda at about 5pm and at about eight o'clock I'm going to the cinema as said before.
And on Friday it seems that I'm going to Marion's birthday party which I think I will only get wasted at, I have cheap whisky. The only reason I'd possibly not get too wasted there would be ... dunno what. Well, not worth mentioning. I might add a tag for it later on, but not right now.
Instead, I am adding a Nikki tag for whenever I mention my cute teddy bear. Yes, I am a kid, a total kid. And a geek. And I love every minute of it.
I don't know what I'm doing on Saturday; let's see. There might be something interesting happening. Or maybe not.
I still need to write my BOGY report which I will probably do during the weekend. Hopefully. I really want to deliver good work because I loved my time and I think that writing the report won't be too difficult. It's just about my experiences and my opinion.
Nothing more to say, I think I really need to go to bed, it's 11:45pm and I need to get up early tomorrow, at about 6:45am, wake up my dad at about 7am so he can go to Munich and be back at eight o'clock so we can go to the movies.
