I finally got around to watching Firefly and like everything Joss Whedon comes up with, it's interesting, fresh and good. I think what I like best is the theme song which I am looking for right now.

NaNoWriMo starts in three hours. I won't be able to start at midnight because I'm going to some Halloween party and I hope that I can avoid seeing my sister there but I know that there is no way this could possibly happen. The cool thing is my poncho as I am finally allowed to wear it outside the house.

Today I came up with a great superheroine: Ponchowoman. When she puts on the poncho bought by a distant relative of hers in Chile decades ago, she is granted special powers (I don't know which). And just think about it, it's a great costume. She only has to pull the poncho over her regular clothes. No complicated maneuvers for changing into costume or getting off your clothes because you're wearing the costume underneath your regular clothes. I think it's great.
